Veg Out Strategy Session

Tracey offers single, private strategy sessions to help identify your challenges and the best approach for your specific needs.

Jumpstart - Veg Out Challenge!

A four week introduction to transitioning to a whole, plant food diet for addressing issues related to diabetes and heart disease.  This group program will show you how to start adding more healthy foods and lifestyle choices into your life and see how you can start improving your health in just a short time.

90-Day Intensive - Veg Out Bootcamp

For those who are serious about eating for life!  This group program incorporates the foundations from the WPF Challenge but goes into a much deeper level of practice, goal-setting and measuring success.  This is ONLY for those who are ready to make a life-long commitment to changing their lifestyle for good.  It is recommended you go through the WPF Challenge first if you are not sure you are ready to make this commitment. 

Private Platinum - Veg Out, Step-By-Step

A personalized, 6-month program working with Tracey in individual sessions.  This program is customized to your individual health needs whether they are related to diabetes, weight loss, detoxification& cleansing, mood control and more.  Tracey will always take a natural, holistic approach to helping you find your ideal life. 

Healthy Shopping Tour

A 1 1/2 hour shopping tour with Tracey when she will help you understand the areas to zone in on (and to stay away from).  Tracey will explain the benefits and issues with all the different products found in the grocery store.  This is done at Whole Foods Market in either Cranston or Providence.  

Kitchen Clean-Out

Tracey will pay a 1 1/2 hour visit to YOUR kitchen!  She will personally go through your cabinets, pantry, refrigerator and freezer to help you eliminate those foods that are keeping you from feeling and looking your best! (And usually finds some “hidden” treasures you didn’t even know you had!).

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of meditation that will take you into the deepest levels of relaxation while still remaining fully aware.  Tracey offers 30 minute Yoga Nidra private or group sessions.
